안녕하세요.
신종 코로나바이러스와 관련하여 한국어센터는 대한민국 질병관리본부와 고려대학교
대응 지침에 따라 아래와 같이 조치하고 있으며, 이에 대해 학생 여러분의 협조를 부탁드립니다.
◉ 1/31(금)까지 대응 상황
1월 28일(화) | - 설 연휴 기간 출입국 학생 전수 파악 - 센터의 전 강의동 소독 | 정규과정 수업 휴강 |
1월 29일(화) | - 중국 후베이성을 다녀왔거나 친지를 방문한 학생의 경우 입국일 이후 14일 자가 격리 조치 | 정규과정 수업 휴강 |
1월 30일(목) | - 신종 코로나바이러스 대응 강화 방침에 따라 중국 전역 으로 14일 자가 격리 조치 확대 - 강의실 별 마스크 및 손 소독제 지원 - 수업 중 마스크 착용 의무화 | 수업 재개 |

◉ 협조 요청
1. 신종 코로나바이러스 감염 예방 차원에서 마스크를 지참하여 수업시간에 착용하도록 안내드렸습니다.
별도의 안내가 있을 때까지 수업시간에 계속 마스크를 착용하여 주시기 바랍니다. 또한 흐르는 물에 30초 이상
손 씻기를 생활화하여 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 37.5°C 이상의 발열 또는 호흡기 증상(기침, 호흡 곤란, 목구멍 통증 등)이 있는 경우 등교하지 말고 한국어센터
행정실(02-3290-2976)로 우선 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 이러한 조치에도 불구하고 신종 코로나바이러스와 관련해 등교를 희망하지 않는 학생의 경우 담임 선생님께
신청하면 2월 3일(월)∼2월 7일(금) 출석으로 인정합니다.
4. 자가 격리 및 등교를 희망하지 않는 학생의 경우 외출을 자제하시기 바랍니다.
한국어센터는 여러분의 건강과 안전을 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 한국 정부 및 대학교의 대응 지침이 변경될
경우 이를 반영하여 신속히 조치를 취할 것입니다.

关于新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，根据疾病管理本部和高丽大学防疫防治工作的指示安排部署，韩国语中心对此做出以下防控措施，现就有关事宜通知如下。
◉ 截至1/31(周五)应对情况如下 ◉
1月 28日(周二) | - 确认春节期间回中国的学生人数 - 对校区进行全面消毒 | 正规课程停课

1月 29日(周三) | - 如访问过中国湖北省或者曾接触过访问中国湖北省的人员， 请自行隔离14天。 | 正规课程停课 |
1月 30日(周四) | - 为了有效的避免疫情进一步扩大，未返韩国人员，回韩国后 自行居家隔离14天。 - 每个教室备置口罩、手消毒剂 - 上课时要求佩戴口罩 |

◉ 协助 事项 ◉
1. 为预防新型冠状病毒，请在上课时必须佩戴口罩，无其他通知之前，请一直佩戴口罩，用流动水肥皂
洗手 (洗手时间要达到30秒)。
2. 若体温超过37.5℃，出现新型冠状病毒感染可疑症状(包括咳嗽、呼吸困难、咽喉疼痛等), 应根据病情，及时联系韩国语中心行政室(02-3290-2976)，请勿返校。
3. 对以上措施有所顾虑时，可向班主任申请“特殊假”, 不会影响学生出勤率，2月3日(周一)∼2月7日(周五) 都会按出勤处理。
4. 需自行隔离，以及不想返校的学生，请自行减少外出活动，尤其是避免到人员密集的公共场所活动。
为加强新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，韩国语中心对更好保障各位学生生命安全和身体健康，学校将根据疫情发展和政府防控部署要求，及时发布相关信息和通知。

We’d like to inform you that we are currently taking the following steps to prevent Novel Coronavirus.
Please read them carefully and follow the steps below to help prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus.
◎ Updates on preventive measures as of January 31 ◎
January 28 | - Surveying students who have left Korea during the Lunar New Year holiday - Cleaning and disinfection of the KLC building | Classes for the regular program cancelled |
January 29 | - Notifying students who have been in China’s Hubei Province to monitor their health during two weeks of self-quarantine from the day of their return to Korea | Classes for the regular program cancelled |
January 30 | - Recommending the monitored self-quarantine to students who have been in any province in China - Providing masks and hand sanitizers in each classroom - Required both students and teachers to wear masks during classes | Classes resumed |
January 31 | - Checking body temperature before classes start |

◎ How to prevent Novel Coronavirus ◎
1. Please make sure to wear a mask even in the classrooms. Do not take it off until there is an
announcement. Also, wash your hands frequently for over 30 seconds under running water.
2. If you have a fever over 37.5°C or any respiratory symptoms (such as coughing, difficulty
breathing, or a sore throat), please do not come to class and call KU KLC at 02-3290-2976 immediately.
3. Even with these measures, students who do not wish to attend classes may inform their teachers.
Absences will not be counted from February 3 to February 7.
4. Students who wish to self-monitor their health or do not feel comfortable attending classes are
recommended to stay home.
KU KLC puts our students’ health and safety as the utmost priority and will stay up to date with the
Korean government’s health notices.
