[2018년 정규과정 겨울학기 기숙사 신청 안내]

1.신청기간 및 시간

★ 한국시간 오후 2시

★ 기숙사 거주 기간은 1학기이며, 연장할 수 없습니다.

2.신청방법: https://goo.gl/forms/uR5fVOM8H4JdHEfK2에서 신청 

① 홈페이지에서 구글 링크 클릭

② 이용약관 및 개인정보 이용 동의

③ 신청자 정보 입력 (*이름 반드시 여권 기준 영어로 입력함)

④ 신청 완료

⑤ 신청 확인: 기숙사 입주자에게 기숙사비 납입 E-MAIL 발송됨

3.기숙사비: 1학기 1,200,000원 (식비 불포함)

4.기숙사비 납입 기간: 신청기간과 동일함.

5.시설: 2인 1실, 책상, 스탠드, 옷장, 침대, 에어컨, 화장실, 유무선 인터넷, 공용세탁실 등

6.신청자격: 1학기 이상 한국어 정규과정 수강자

7.선발기준

가. 신청 순서대로 선착순 선발,

나. 납부 기간 내 기숙사비를 납부하지 않을 경우 제외되며, 대기자로 대체됨.

(기숙사 공간의 한계가 있어, 배정 받지 못 할 수 있음)

8.주의 사항

기숙사 규정 공지사항에서 확인 후 신청하여야 함.

기숙사 규정 위반 (예: 흡연) 시 환불 없이 퇴소 조치함.

2018年冬季学期宿舍申请通知

1.申请时间/时间

★韩国时间 下午14:00

★ 宿舍只可以住一个学期，不可以延长。

2.申请方法: 在https://goo.gl/forms/uR5fVOM8H4JdHEfK2 申请

① 进入官网 -> Google链接

② 同意相关条约及使用个人信息

③ 输入申请人信息 (*姓名栏一定要填写护照上的英文名)

④ 申请完成

⑤ 申请结果确认：将会给宿舍申请成功的学生发送宿舍费缴纳邮件

3.舍费用: 一个学期 1,200,000 韩币（不包含餐饮费用）

4.宿舍费缴纳时间: 与申请期间一致

5.设施 : 二人间，书桌，台灯，衣柜，床，空调，卫生间，有线及无线网络, 公共洗衣间等等

6.申请资格：申请一个学期以上韩国语正规课程的学生

7.选拔标准

1) 按申请顺序优先分配

2) 若没有在规定日期内缴费将取消资格，将顺次通知待定者

*申请名额有限, 不排除选不上的可能性

8.注意事项

请在公告事项栏中确认宿舍相关规定后申请, 若违反宿舍相关规定(如:吸烟)将强行执行退宿手续并不予退款。

[2018年正規課程・寄宿舎申請のご案内]

② 利用約款及び個人情報利用同意

③ 申請者の情報入力 (*お名前は必ずパスポート上の英文で入力)

④　申請完了

⑤ 申請確認：寄宿舎の入居者に納入案内のEメールが発送されます。

3.寄宿舎費 : 1学期 1,200,00 ウォン (食費は含まず)

4.寄宿舎費納入期間 : 申請期間と同じ

5.施設 : 2人1部屋, 机, スタンド, クロゼット, ベッド、エアコン、バスルーム、 有・無線インターネット、共用コインランドリなど

6.申請資格 : 1学期以上韓国語正規課程受講者

7.割り当て基準

가. 申請した順に割り当てられます。（先着順）

나. 納入期間内に寄宿舎費を納付しない場合除外され、待期者に機会を与えます。

*寄宿舎の部屋が少ない場合、割り当てられない場合があります。

8.注意事項

申請の前に添付ファイルにある寄宿舎規定を必ずご確認ください。寄宿舎規定違反(例：喫煙)時、払い戻しができず、強制退去されます。

[Dormitory Application for 2018 Winter]

1. Application Period

★ The residence period of the dormitory is one semester. Extensions are not permitted.

2. How to Apply

① Click on Google link

② Check on the consent of personal information.

③ Fill out the form. (*Put your name as written in the passport.)

④ Application complete.

⑤ Confirmation of application: Check the email regarding the payment of the boarding expense, which will be only sent to the students who get accepted to our dormitory.

3. Boarding expense: KRW 1,200,000 (Meals are not included.)

4. Period of payment: same as the application period

5. Facilities: double occupancy (two students in a room), bathroom en suite, desk, desk lamp, closets, bed, air-conditioner, free Wi-Fi, common laundry room

6. Qualification: An applicant should be enrolled in a regular Korean language program more than one semester.

7. Registration criteria

a. First-come, first-served basis

b. If the payment is not made during the payment period, the vacancy will be filled up by other applicants.

*Not every student can be assigned a room due to the limited number of rooms.

8. N.B. (Dormitory Rules)

Please read through the dormitory rules before you apply. If you break any of the rules (Ex)smoking in the room), you will have to empty your space with no refund.
