• “함께 사는 세계”
  • 세계 시민으로서의 이문화 및 소수자에 대한 다양성 존중, 환경 보호 등이 미래 사회의 중요한 덕목으로 꼽히고 있는 요즘 ‘스스로 세계 시민이라는 자각을 하는 순간, 다양한 문화를 향유하는 즐거움, 주변의 다양성 존중을 위한 움직임, 환경을 보호하기 위한 생활 속 노력’ 등을 영상으로 제작
• “즐겨라, 한국!”
  • 엔데믹 시대로 접어들면서 외부 활동의 제약으로 그동안 즐기지 못했던 것들, 새로이 즐길 만한 것들을 영상으로 제작. 한국에 국한하지 않고 세계 여러 나라에서 일어나고 있는 ‘한국어, 한국 문화, 한국 생활, 한국 음식, 인물, 축제, 공연’ 등 한국과 관련한 다양한 모습, 활동을 영상으로 제작 

형식

• 분량: 5~8분 분량의 한국어 영상물
• 장르: 한국어를 주로 사용하는 픽션 및 논픽션. 다큐멘터리, 인터뷰, 뉴스, 패러디 등 전 장르 가능
• 사용 언어: 한국어

  한국어 외의 언어를 사용할 경우 반드시 한국어 자막을 제공해야 함.

  출연진의 한국어 사용이 원활하지 않은 경우에도 한국어 자막을 제공할 것을 권장함.

• 기타: 기존 영상 작품 중 일부 장면, 음악, 이미지 등 저작권이 있는 자료를 사용할 경우 반드시 출처를 밝혀야 함.

참가자격 및 참가방법

• 참가자격: 한국어를 외국어 또는 제2언어로 하는 외국인 및 재외동포(개인 및 단체)

  영상 제작 과정에 한국인이 일부 참가하거나 도움을 줄 수 있으나 외국인이 중요 비중을 담당해야 함.

• 참가방법: 제작한 영상과 출품 신청서를 이메일 접수

  1. 대상: 1편, 상장 및 상금 2,000,000원
  2. 최우수상: 2편, 각 상장 및 상금 1,000,000원
  3. 우수상: 4편, 각 상장 및 상금 500,000원
  4. 개인상(연기상, 연출상): 2인, 각 상장 및 상금 300,000원
• 수상자 발표: 2022년 10월 7일(금), 15시. 세계 한국어 영상 한마당 YouTube 채널 (채널명: KoreanUCCFestival)

Topics (Choose one)

• “A Harmonious World”
  • Nowadays, it is considered an essential virtue of future citizenship that we respect the diversity of foreign cultures and minorities, and protect the environment. Make a video on the joy of enjoying diverse cultures, movements to respect the diversity of others, everyday efforts we make to protect the environment as we identify ourselves as a global citizen.
• “Enjoy, Korea!”
  • As we are now in the ‘endemic’ times, make a video on the things we were not able to enjoy due to the constraint on outdoor activities and things we may enjoy newly. Do not narrow down the spectrum only to Korea, and show the different aspects relevant to Korea seen in different countries such as Korean language, Korean culture, life in Korea, Korean food, people, festivals.

Video Format

• A foreigner or overseas Korean(individal or group) for whom the Korean language is either a foreign(KFL) or second language(KSL).

  Koreans may provide some assistance or partially participate in the process of video production, but foreigners should perform major roles in the process.
