[2020년 정규과정 겨울학기 기숙사 신청 안내]

※주의※ 4월 1일 이후 한국에 입국하는 모든 사람은 14일간 자가격리를 해야합니다. 기숙사에서는 자가격리가 불가능하기 때문에 입국 후 14일간 별도의 장소에서 격리를 해야합니다. 한국어센터에서는 격리 장소를 제공하지 않습니다. 자가격리가 끝난 경우에만 기숙사를 이용할 수 있습니다.

1.신청기간 및 시간

★ 신청시작: 10월 19일 낮 12시(한국시간 기준, GMT +09:00)

★ 기숙사 거주 기간은 1학기이며, 연장할 수 없습니다.

2.신청방법: 본 공지사항과 첨부된 매뉴얼을 꼼꼼히 읽고, ASP(kuklc.korea.ac.kr)에서 신청

① 상단 링크 클릭

② 로그인(수강생번호 필요. 수강생번호는 등록금 납부 후 부여됨. 모르는 학생은 이메일로 확인요청.)

③ 첨부된 매뉴얼을 참고하여 신청

④ ASP 및 개별 이메일을 통해 결과 발표

⑤ 첨부된 매뉴얼 및 기숙사비 납입안내 E-mail을 참고하여 기숙사비 납입

3.기숙사비: 1학기 1,200,000원 (식비 불포함)

4.기숙사비 납입 기한: 신청기간과 동일함.

5.시설: 2인 1실, 책상, 스탠드, 옷장, 침대, 에어컨, 화장실, 유무선 인터넷, 공용세탁실 등

6.신청자격: 한국어센터 정규과정 1학기 이상 수강자

7.선발기준

가. 신청 순서대로 선착순 선발. 신입생 우선배정.

나. 납부 기간 내 기숙사비를 납부하지 않을 경우 제외되며, 대기자로 대체됨.

※ 기숙사 공간의 한계가 있어, 배정 받지 못 할 수 있음

8.주의 사항

기숙사 규정 확인 후 신청하여야 함. 기숙사 규정 위반 (예: 흡연) 시 환불 없이 퇴소 조치함.

[Dormitory Application for Regular Program 2020 Winter]

※NOTICE※ Any person who enter Korea MUST quarantine themselves for 14 days since April 1st. As you cannot quarantine in dormitory, you must find another place to quarantine yourself. KLC does not provide quarantine places. ONLY students whose quarantine has been over can use the dormitory.

1. Application Period

★ Application start: 19 October, Noon(12:00) (GMT/UTC +09:00)
★ The residence period of the dormitory is one semester. Extensions are not permitted.

2. How to Apply : Read this notice and the attached manual carefully, and apply at the link. (kuklc.korea.ac.kr)

① Go to the link.

② Log-in to this website. (You will need ‘Student ID Number’, which you will get after your tuition payment. If you do not know the ‘Student ID Number’, please send us an email.)

③ Apply for the dormitory referring to the attached manual.

④ Result will be notified individually by email and the website(kuklc.korea.ac.kr).

⑤ Pay for the dormitory, referring to the attached manual and email.

3. Boarding expense: KRW 1,200,000 (Meals are not included.)

4. Period of payment: same as the application period

5. Facilities: double occupancy (two students in a room), bathroom en suite, desk, desk lamp, closets, bed, air-conditioner, free Wi-Fi, common laundry room

6. Qualification: An applicant should be enrolled in a regular Korean language program at least one semester.

7. Registration criteria

a. First-come, first-served basis. Priority for freshmen.

b. If the payment is not made during the payment period, the vacancy will be filled up by other applicants.

*Not every student can be assigned a room due to the limited number of rooms.

8. N.B. (Dormitory Rules)

Please read through the dormitory rules before you apply. If you break any of the rules (Ex)smoking in the room), you will have to empty your space with no refund.
